The flat is located inside a very quiet and well-cared residential complex.
Our renovation work was commissioned when the building was unfinished so that the spaces, above all the living area, have been redefined and replanned to add value to the space and the furnishing internally.
Upon entering the flat you will come across a light airy and essential space where the white colour, the steel and the glass enlarge the space by smoothly mixing together.
The wall, which was dividing the kitchen from the dining room according to the house map, was removed, thus creating an essential and minimal open-plan kitchen, separated from the rest of the space by a transparent glass. Behind the dining room a big plasterboard shelf moves the wall enriched by classical works of art and furniture objects, collected during travels, which are the great passion of the customers.
The round glass Porro’s table perfectly matches the 4 very minimal Lia Zanotta’s chairs in white and steel coloured leather, whereas the white B&B’s Andy sofa comfortably welcomes the guests thanks to its extendible seats and its well-coordinated leather poufs.
The modern warm-toned wood covers all the spaces up to the sleeping area, creating a light motif which gives warmth and leads to the sleeping area.
On the wall between the dining room and the spare room a glass cutting has been realized to amplify the space in the hallway and to create scenographic lighting effects in the living area.
In the bathroom a very light glass box matches with a dark mosaic and a stone effect tile (grès).
The washbasin, with an integrated Corian bathtub, stands out thanks to the chocolate tones of the bath baskets.
The main room evokes oriental tastes.
The Ivano Redaelli’s low bed with its light coloured fabric has been combined with warm material wallpaper. This room carries us directly into the deepest and most hidden area: the winter garden, where a gorgeous embedded Jacuzzi’s bathtub and comfortable padded sun beds are placed in a large wooden platform, making this space relaxing and full of comfort.
The lighting has become an important detail in the design of these spaces.
Technical but intentionally minimal design lighting has been chosen to create lighting effects without making the spaces heavier.
These are technical lights with a great emotional impact and a wide choice for every room: a shiny light for a very bright effect or an emotional spotlight for your relaxing moments.
